- Adam Timberley Review added: 2018.03.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My dad left me a gold watch when he died I took it to Plumb and asked him to change the battery. He took it off me and chipped away at the gold case leaving the watched scratched and damaged in two places. He didn't tell me that he had done damage to my watch and he had nipped out the back to do it, he just put the watch back in the box to hide what he had done, then he gave it to me telling me he couldn't do it. I took the watch to a proper watch repair place and they told me not to go back to Plumb and that the damage caused by Plumb would be expensive to repair so the watch is away being repaired. I just wish he had been honest and said he couldn't do it instead of damaging my watch. Now the only thing I have left of my dad has been scratched and chipped by this silly man.
